Shark wanted to showcase the fan in multiple environments, since we knew the fan would need to be redone in post in other colors, the animation team worked closely with the production team to make sure the footage shot would be usable. Jordan Stone flew out to the LA set to work with the production team on acquiring all the on set data needed for the creation of the CGI fan in post. Capturing appropriate HDRIs for the color in post and camera information is important in matching the 3D space to the real space as much as possible. Malka ultimately ended up working on the grey version of the fan, while supplying some additional shots of the white fan to Shark for further colorways of the spot.
